CHAMPION Style 63 PTFE Graphite Packings is a highly reliable unique duplex plaited packing based on PTFE filament yarn having graphite treatment to enhance lubricity and heat dissipation.
This packing is self-lubricating, excellent chemical resistance and resulting in reducing downtime costs as it can handle wide range of applications.

CHAMPION Style 63 PTFE Graphite Packings are used primary for general sealing services. Typical applications are pumps, valves, and other static or dynamic equipment handling corrosive chemicals. Recommended in the core sectors like steel, petrochemical, power generation, manufacturing sectors and also with pump and valve manufacturers.
Water type fluids (water/steam), oil type fluids, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, chemical products, corrosive fluids (other than oxidizing acids) and low temperature fluids. Not recommended for Oxygen, fuming nitric acid.
All popular sections from 6mm to 25mm in coil form by meter or 1/2.5 kilograms.
Also supplied as split pre-formed rings and ring sets. Special size and lengths available on request.
