CHAMPION Style 668 (I) Graphite Reinforced (Metallic) Packing is a 100% non-asbestos expanded pure graphite braided gland packing reinforced with Inconel wire mesh. This packing is an premium packing made of expanded graphite yarn reinforced with a metallic wire having a core of carbonized filament. High flexibility and resilience and further treated with a corrosion inhibitor.

CHAMPION Style 668 (I) Graphite Reinforced (Metallic) Packing can be used as Valves and autoclaves, and also be used on slow speed rotary duties with rotary kilns. Suitable for use with superheated steam and saturated steam, hydrocarbons, petrochemicals, thermic fluids and hot oils. This product is recommended for continuous pressures only: it should not be used where pressure surges occur.
Water, Superheated and saturated steam, oils, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, chemical products, petrochemicals, thermic fluids, corrosive fluids (other than oxidizing acids) and low temperature fluids.
All popular sections from 3mm to 25mm in boxes containing length of 10m or in coil form by meter or 1/2.5 kilograms. Also supplied as split pre-formed rings and ring sets. Special size and lengths available on request.
