CHAMPION Style 83G Carbon Packing is tough carbon fibre packing, manufactured from a carbon filament yarn thoroughly impregnated with PTFE/Graphite suspension along with lubricant to enhance seal ability, thermal conductivity, flexibility and low co-efficient of friction.

Applications

CHAMPION Style 83G Carbon Packings are best suited for enhanced sealing at high temperature and pressure applications.

1.Boiler feed pumps, super heat steam, agitators, mixers, digester, crystallizers.

2.Pumps, Valves and other static or dynamic equipment handling corrosive chemicals and abrasive media.

Service Media

Compatible with media in the range pH 0-14 suitable for use with acid, alkali, solvent, boiler feed water, caustic, liquor, oil, gases, hydrocarbons, super-heated steam, solvents, oils, corrosive fluids, and low temperature fluids.

How Supplied

All popular sections from 3mm to 25mm in boxes containing length of 10m or in coil form by meter or 1/2.5/5 kilograms.

Also supplied as split pre-formed rings and ring sets. Special size and lengths available on request.
