High temperature / pressure SS316 tanged laminated graphite high grade sealing system
CHAMPION STYLE GS 64T TANGED GRAPHITE SHEET is Graphite laminate reinforced by a micro perforated min 0.10mm thick stainless-steel 316L reinforcing core. The sheets are compressed by a controlled calendaring process along with an advanced chemical treatment and mechanical procedure.
CHAMPION STYLE GS 64T is ideal for intermediate and high pressure steam systems and process duties in the refining, petrochemical and manufacturing industries. Its preferred material for head gasket and exhaust gasket of engines.
Steam, mineral oils, heat transfer oils, hydraulic oil, fuel, water, seawater, freshwater etc. Not suitable for sealing strong oxidizing chemical media like highly concentrated nitric acid or chromic acid).
Sheets, pre-cut gaskets, special density, thickness, shape or grade available on request.
